Price Reduced Again at 102-2228 Wesbrook Mall, UBC

V982619_101_14Vancouver real estate currently favours buyers who have a good selection of properties,  but not all properties listed for sale are priced right, many are priced above the current value. So they do not sell, because the competition outsells. But I’m a 3 bedroom condo at Keats Hall  (102-2280 Wesbrook Mall) and I’m priced to sell! Price reduced from $828,000 to $808,000.

Why You Will Like This UBC Condo?

I’m on the s.w. corner with over height ceilings, a very private garden patio which is covered and a huge eating area in the kitchen. My master bedroom has a 5 piece ensuite and large walk in closet. Unlike most of my competition I come  with two parking stalls and a huge floor to ceiling storage locker. Keats Hall offers my visitors lots of parking and has a live in caretaker. Read more
