The West End’s Beach Avenue is Vancouver’s original waterfront street for condos. Last week I viewed the Tudor Manor’s Penthouse at 1311 Beach Avenue and it’s my opinion that it is Beach Avenue’s most desirable Penthouse. Built in 1989, the City required the developer to retain the old Tudor Manor which was a rental building and permitted a highrise to be built behind it. This building has some of the best gardens in this Vancouver waterfront neighbourhood.
Which are Beach Avenue’s other Waterfront Penthouses?
Cinque Terra at 1483 Beach, 1403 Beach, Plaza Del Mar at 1575 Beach and Ocean Towers at 1835 Morton, which is a co-op.
Why is the Tudor Manor’s Penthouse So Special?
It is the entire top floor and offers an excellent floor plan, with astounding views, being on 16th floor, and huge outdoor areas. The quality of renovation is second to none and it is a three bedroom condo with four parking stalls.
