  • Fey’13 –  $2.924.000

Greater Vancouver Listings, Sales and Prices Trend Upwards in February 2015

we1Greater Vancouver Listings, Sales and Prices Trend Upwards in February 2015. Property sales were 20% above the 10-year average for the month.

New listings in Greater Vancouver increased 15.4% compared to a year ago and 11% higher than the 10-ear new listing average for the month. Total number of homes for sale were up 10% from January 2015.

The sales to active listings ratio was 25.7%, which is the highest for Greater Vancouver since March 2011.

We are now seeing multiple offers again.

Average sale price for houses was $1.4M – up 2.5% from a year ago. Townhomes were up 3.7% at $560,000 and condos clocked in at $461,000, up 1.8% from a year ago. Read more
