Most strata corporations have bylaws that restrict noise but it’s not necessarily an easy problem to resolve. The construction of buildings will contribute to the transference of noise, or not.

East Vancouver townhomes average sale price is $608,000 – the same as a year ago  and up from $462,000 in Jan 2010 –  presenting much better value for real estate buyers.

East Vancouver condos average sale price is $438,000, up 18% over the last year and was $349,000 in January 2010, so condo prices have finally started an upward trend. Read more

August saw sales 27% above the 10-year average for the month but the number of sales peaked in June and were lower in July and August – fairly typical summer pattern.
