Bayshore Drive Real Estate Analysis, Coal Harbour, Vancouver

Vancouver’s luxury waterfront neighbourhood of Coal Harbour has 7 condo buildings on Bayshore Drive.

The first two were built in 1995 and are 1790 and 1710. The 2 waterfront buildings of 1717 and 1777 were built next, followed by 1680 and 1650. 1616 Bayshore is the newest and completed in 2007. Generally they are 2 bedrooms or larger.

The smallest condo in the 7 Bayshore Drive buildings start at 877sf. one bedrooms, and go to Penthouses which are over 5500sf. Most of them boast fabulous mountain and water views, with n.e. and  n.w. exposures.
